Where the money goes and how the segments are defined.
Forty-two readings, each built on the same 96-entry census and each carrying at least one figure of its own that is not repeated elsewhere on the site. They are grouped into five clusters so you can start from the decision you are actually making rather than from the topic.

Where the money goes and how the segments are defined.
How long it takes, which lane to pick, and what the tail looks like.
Thresholds, clauses and how the destination changes the bill.
What goes wrong, who pays, and how to reduce the exposure.
Working through an order, and how the tools fit together.
| Constraint | What it means in practice |
|---|---|
| One original figure per reading | Each piece carries at least one number that appears nowhere else on the site. |
| No shared section template | Section sequences differ between readings — no two have the same outline. |
| Source labels | Every figure is marked measured, community-reported or published. |
| Stated limits | Each reading says where its own figures stop applying. |
A reading that cannot be traced to one of the three source labels does not get published.
