joyagoo: fee structure and shipping profile
Fee and storage terms read from the agent's public pages on 2026-10-05. Where a term is not published we record it as null rather than estimating.
Fee model
| Term | Published value |
|---|---|
| Service fee model | Tiered service fee that falls as order value rises; the tier boundaries are published. |
| Free storage | 60 days |
| Consolidation | Offered |
| Claims documentation | See the compensation article for how the terms are worded across carriers |
Where a term is not published we record it as null rather than estimating. Terms change without notice; the collection date above is the reference.
Storage and consolidation
joyagoo publishes a 60-day free storage window. The number that matters as much as the length is when the clock starts: warehouse check-in at some agents, purchase at others, which is worth about a week.
Consolidation is offered. Requesting it before packing avoids restarting the packing clock, which is the most common avoidable delay at this stage.
Lanes commonly used
| Lane | Freight at 1.5 kg | Median days | Slowest 10% |
|---|---|---|---|
| UK — Standard | $6.40–$10.80 | 19 days | 40 days |
| EU — Standard | $7.10–$11.90 | 23 days | 47 days |
Lane availability varies by destination country; the lanes shown are the ones this agent most commonly uses in our sample.
Two variables to watch
| Variable | What it changes |
|---|---|
| Tier boundary changes the | Tier boundary changes the fee on small orders |
| Consolidation window is shorter | Consolidation window is shorter than the storage window |
These are the two factors that most often explain a difference between an estimate and a final invoice for this agent.
