Sugargoo: fee structure and shipping profile
Fee and storage terms read from the agent's public pages on 2026-10-05. Where a term is not published we record it as null rather than estimating.
Fee model
| Term | Published value |
|---|---|
| Service fee model | Percentage service fee plus optional value-added services priced individually. |
| Free storage | 90 days |
| Consolidation | Offered |
| Claims documentation | See the compensation article for how the terms are worded across carriers |
Where a term is not published we record it as null rather than estimating. Terms change without notice; the collection date above is the reference.
Storage and consolidation
Sugargoo publishes a 90-day free storage window. The number that matters as much as the length is when the clock starts: warehouse check-in at some agents, purchase at others, which is worth about a week.
Consolidation is offered. Requesting it before packing avoids restarting the packing clock, which is the most common avoidable delay at this stage.

Two variables to watch

These are the two factors that most often explain a difference between an estimate and a final invoice for this agent.
